PRSI and Medical Card Benefits
PRSI -
If you or your spouse, pay PRSI at the
high rate you maybe entitled to a free sight-test.
Due to recent changes in Budget 2010 you no longer can receive an allowance towards spectacles.
Contact us or alternatively just email us with
your pps no and your full name and we can
check your eligibility with the department of
social and family affairs.
Medical Card - If you hold a current full Medical Card you are
entitled to a free sight-test and spectacles if required.
Contact us and we can post you a form, which you return to your local health
centre for authorisation. When you receive your authorisation form back from
the health board, please contact us for an appointment.
